Atlantic Centre, Foreshore
This muliti-storey block, located on the Cape Town Foreshore, opposite the Culemborg Motor City Development
was reconfigured and repurposed as a commercial space with a retail ground floor, spilling out onto widened sidewalks.
Cranes facilitated the planting of large street trees with the intention of enhancing biodiversity in an otherwise harsh and exposed city environment.
