A   S   P   E   C   T   Landscape Architecture

A Prestige Project, where the brief was to design a formal landscaped garden that would be complimentary to this historic residence, as well as reflecting some typically unique South African style, & using indigenous South African plants. 

 

Aspect Landscape Architecture was appointed as a sub-consultant to the appointed Landscape Architect firm, Hendrik van der Hoven Landscape Architects, carrying out research into historic gardens and prepared a concept plan for this project. The project was not pursued by the Client, but provides an idea of the design aptitude for historic formal gardens.
