Designed by MLB Architects, this is a carefully co-ordinated design between all consultants, due to the many levels and service ducts.

We were originally appointed to provide a Landscape Plan for approval by the local authorities. Later, we were appointed for a full standard service for the soft landscape & irrigation design portion of the project.

 

Being a coastal site, prevailing salt-laden winds needed to be considered, resulting in the design of a low-maintenance indigenous landscape.
