Brilliant Brunsvegia orientalis

Look out for these unique candelabra plants http://pza.sanbi.org/brunsvigia-orientalis. While on a site survey in Melkbosstrand for my colleague, Clare, in April 2014, I observed these beauties! Look out for them along the roadside. They can be inconspicuous to those untrained eyes. If you miss their display, you may only see remnant dry flowerheads.
